If you can let us know your settings now we can maybe give you an idea how much to go... yes if they are stock looking flow rates and offsets you are probably lean but not by that much unless it is popping on decel or you have to have the idle screw quite a ways in and the idle speed up to keep from...

This is the check valve in the oil pump block leaking into the crankcase either because it got a small piece of debris sicking it open slightly or it is known that the seats are more roughly machined than they should be. It may have done this for the first time because you put just a tad more oil in...

As for wheels you can go as light as possible if you run them only in sand with no chance of getting into anything hard. I have never bent a wheel at glamis but at the cinders I have bent the fairly stout t-9's by hitting tree roots or rocks. As for tires I prefer the molded v-paddles because th...

Not a GM tech per se but I would possibly suspect the cv's with 152k on them... have you had the car since new? Is there a chance that they lost the boots at one time and ran in the elements because that happens quite a bit and people do not notice till damage has been done and I have to say tha...

Honda and suzuki sport quads use the same pattern... You might have to go to the utility quads for 12" but he offset might not be what you want.

Cannondale uses a fairly common bolt pattern... 4 by 110mm which is the same as honda and suzuki but you may or may not have to clearance the holes slightly in some cases as the cannondale has a slight shoulder on the stud. Also the stock wheels from those makers use acorn nuts like a car but most a...

Reading from other sites it kind of seems there is a rash of gm motors loosing cams... of course after the warranty is up in most cases but far before something like that should wear out. Most are blaming gm for hardness problems and there may be some truth to that but might also be an early warning...

That was witty and entertaining writing for those that get thru it. I think they were fairly factual and kind when they got to the cannondale at near bottom of the list... I was worried as they were pretty brutal at times.

As long as there is no rubbing in there be it the flywheel to the stator or the wires to the case everything in there is of course can fail like anything else but there is not really any sort of maintenance interval for changing them out. Once you have a set that is working well toghether they can l...
