If your sure that the exhaust cam is in spec with no sharp edges off the lobe I would take that and maybe take a chance on the crank and the flywheel for $200 shipped to az. Paypal?

Yeah it is pretty good when it is all aluminum... about 65 cents a pound but if there is any steel on it it drops to like a nickel or fifteen cents.

The most durable full system out there is the hmf and I got all the ones that I have used from ebay... just search cannondale hmf. Dont let machining that high spot off scare you... it is not that expensive... Tim only charges like $25 or something ridiculous like that because he does it quickly with a cnc. You should change the valves while you are in there which is like 60-75 and of course the seats should be checked and...
