Since it's not hydrolocked, I think you may have a bent or broken valve. You definitely have something amiss. Can also be a loose bolt in the cartridge plate hitting the clutch basket.

If that's all that happened, try pulling the spark plug and turning it over. It maybe you just got oil into the cylinder. If it's still locked you will probably need a rebuild.

Number one lesson, most power sports batteries are made in China and are absolute garbage. I believe there is only one or maybe two brands still made in the USA. What brand of batteries are you using?

There is a main fuse up under the left front fender. It is in a black plastic case and the lid is usually riveted to the bracket under the fender. It should be a 20 Amp ATC fuse. If that is not your issue you probably burned a wire for the ground.
