I sure hope it gets ridden. Mine still does but more by my son since I picked up a Husaberg fe570. We're going to the eastern Sierra at the end of July. Anybody else planning to be out that way?

I bought this in 2007 and to this day have never taken it out of my house (I'm a dirtbike guy). I bought it from a dirtball that did not tell me he had cracked the case, but I have finally swapped cases and still have the original (that I TIG welded up). I rebuilt the motor 6 months ago when I s...

I checked it tonight and that was the problem. The ground wire was broken but +12 was still connected. Looks like an easy fix to just swap a weatherpack connector and I'll use longer leads for the pump connector. Should run again tomorrow...

Thanks again for the help.

I rebuilt the motor on my Glamis and when I tried to re-start it I can't get the fuel pump to turn on even though it cranks over fine. It ran fine before I rebuilt and switched cases. I've tried a bunch of things and don't seem to be making progress. I already changed the fuel pump and i...

I'd like to help out, but it takes too much time for me to fab them ( I cut, bent and TIG welded everything myself). I also drilled all the holes - better to CNC those!
I can help make some drawings and take some pictures so you can get them made though.

The big radiators came on the 2003s. You can try Dave and see if he has any left or put a wanted ad up. I would not use one without fabricating a guard for it
though - they are wider and get dented/smashed on the sides very easily without protection.

The 4 in fan made a big difference. Electrical is pretty easy - there are only 2 pins to add to one of the ECU connectors, one + power wire and then load the ATV hex code and put your bike map back in. The bike maps have the fan control settings in them. The fan stays on for a while if it's hot ...

Thought I'd show some pictures of a fan retrofit for a dirt bike. I used a big radiator and made a new guard for it and added a removable fan mount. The big rad gave just enough room to
mount a 4 in spal fan. This is the same fan that comes in the trailtech KTM digital fan kit which is on ...

I'm setting my E440 up for my son for a dual sport ride we are doing and need to figure out the spring rate to get close (I'll check/set sag to get it perfect).
My son is ~160 lbs and I have springs ranging from 31/95 up to 36/105. I'm figuring start with the light one. We'll b...
