I have an extra set of billet talon hubs for an ATK 605 but they don't quite fit the back - too wide to work. It would sure be nice to find some sort of reference for hub dimensions - then it would be easy to figure out which ones might work.
I can make spacers at work on the lathe or CNC ...

Thanks for the reference. That is a good deal but it's not street legal and it's down in southern CA. I have an 02 myself already that is street legal and I'll never sell it.
If it was closer I'd go have a look since it looks pretty original. I have a few extra bikes that are g...

I'm trying to find a CA street legal bike for my son and thought I should see if anyone out there knows of a Dale that is or was CA street legal. Even just a frame with a street legal title would be good since I still have a couple of parts bikes. . Anyone know of something out here in CA? If no...

My E440 is CA plated and has a fairly fresh motor with a ported head so it gets out of it's own way on the dirt but for any kind of pavement it seems to be a bit nervous, needs more low end and the transmissions ratios are a little too tight to be good at singletrack and some pavement duty. <br ...

I still like mine. They work well once set up properly with a hydro clutch but you will likely have it apart 3-4 times before you have it adjusted exactly how you want it for engagement rpm and firmness. I also have one on my gasgas 300 and like for that too. The best thing about them for me is the ...

Ok so don't get the triple clamps from a 2005 RMZ450. The upper clamp is too big. Bottom clamp is fine. I'm going to make some shims at work on the lathe so they'll work, but they don't fit without them.

Thought I'd add some recent info for offsets I found. For another bike (my gasgas 300) I'm using an extra set of Ohlins forks and needed ~22 mm offset. I found that 2005 -2011 RMZ450s have lower offset than the stock 24 mm
of the Cannondale. The 05 and 06 are 22.5 and the 07-11 are 21....

It's really easy to drop the motor - best way for access. I think I did one without though a long time ago on an X440S.

from what I remember cdale wheels were based on yamaha fronts and honda rears. Should make it easy to find some options.
I can't find my copy of the old interchange spreadsheet.
I did something simliar - I had and extra ATK 605 front wheel with a Talon hub that had the larger size roto...
