When I had my E440 I ran into the same issue. I ended up revalving the forks for me, new stem bearings, lowering the triple clamps, as well as backing off the triple nut as previously stated. It never quite got as light feeling as the Jap bikes I had but was much better. I thought the front end felt...

Got it solved but thanks. Turns out the fuel pump wasn't at 100% efficiency so it was low on pressure and causing all sorts of flowrate issues. Good pump and it took no time to get it running smooth. I don't recall the exact numbers but ended up on a leaner version of the trinium.

Trying to help a friend out and just can't seem to get a close map to get it running right. Tried variations of stock maps, the trinium, and another I have on file too. Starts and idles great with trinium but we can't get it to lose a bog when running. It'll be too rich so I'll decre...

I have a set of cf headlight deletes somewhere if that may be of interest too. In a box in storage and would have to locate them though.

I had luck with a stuck pair before putting them in carb cleaner to soak overnight. Sprayed well after doing that and some high pressure air through them.

Are there rebuild kits available for the calipers handily? My front brakes no longer work safely. The pads are good, rotors are fine and not worn, and the brakes work great when cold or at slow speed. If I hit the brakes hard or they start to get hot the lever is firm but I get maybe 10-20% braking ...

I hate to be the sqeeky wheel here but maybe it's because I was late to the CDale party, I don't know, but what was the decision to go away from the Folan design before production? I can't seem to find much info on that whole situation. Was it a poor design or what ultimately led to its ...

Thanks but he's helped me out a lot with work and personal life and in my opinion done far more than what the quad is worth to sell/part out like I planned. He's been wanting to ride for awhile so I told him if we get the engine parts I'll put it together and sign him the title over.

I'm basically giving a friend one of my quads and he's going to build it up but not a member here. With Timbo pretty well out, what are options on a place to machine parts?

I have a brand new oem crank needing balancing and the Z bearing.
1 balanced stroker crank with a bent ...

Graphic MX does decent work but you may wait 5 months to get anything from them. Sometimes they have quick turnaround and other times they won't respond and take months.

For seat covers I'll recommend Jettrim all day long. They have the CDale seat pattern already and do incredibl...
