Buckets definitely spun freely in the bores. Ill have the motor out this weekend and go over everything

I finally figured out what was my no start issue. Stupid me replaced the buckets and exh cam and never checked valve shim clearance. Exh should be .014 to .016......wait for it......cant even fit a .008 under them. You send it best these quads are earned.

Glad to see you back at it again. I spent my 4 of july in the garage rebuilding a motor for my cannondale. Didnt get it finished but the motor is back in and will be riding her today

Check your injectors clips. i had the left one pull off after i assembled my quad. Had the same issue. Quad would start but not stay running once i let off the start button

Pervious owner was from Baltimore Maryland area. If you have any info on it that would be awesome. It ran very strong up until i swapped it over to this bike. I had never rode a cannondale before this one

Thanks ken. The moto resto will be after the blaze is completed. I can wait to get my 02 in the woods. Should be really fun. The 02 from Baltimore ripped really good on re-valved blaze ohlins. so we will see how the wider track and peps deal with it.

Rebuilt the hmf i had powder coated blue this past weekend. Also pulled the built motor and harness from the cannibal i picked up in Baltimore. Took the harness and cleaned ever inch of it. Removed all the old tape and loom. Basically rebuilt the harness then installed it on my 02 cannibal. Should h...
