Thanks Wistech that pretty well confirms my plan to go stock bore 432 and ported head when I get my motor rebuilt.

So if one were rebuiliding a motor would you guys say the 450 kit is worth the extra $500 in terms of power / torque curve and does it sacrifice reliability over the stock bore 432?

Hmm plan on making any more to sell? What was the official company name Cannondale Motorsports Division or something like that?

Last couple years I've discovered a lot of guys are assuming my "ATK" is some type of chinese bike now that they're becoming so common. I find this rather ironic and entertaining.

Sweet photos thanks for sharing! I say sell that generic dima-a-dozen jap bike and get the 'dale running for sure LOL. Maybe you could sell off the motard wheels etc to offset the cost of getting a reliable motor built?

Canniboomer has upgraded material / high flow fuel line kits available; I did this on my ATK/dale along with his quick connect/isolation valves to get around the issue of swelled o-rings in the stock quick-connects restricting fuel flow.

There's a guy on KTMTalk used to be heavily into the Cdales, he was saying that adjusting something in the maps (offset I think) had a secondary affect on compression braking feel of the motor? Anyone heard of this?
