I'm fairly certain that stator is knackered. Those wires around the outside have been skimmed flat.

Can you eat wild boar/pigs? my wife works in the meat industry and it's going to be a very real problem.

Is there a write up for this anywhere? I've not been able to find it.

Now that is interesting. I just assumed that because the bike was running even with the issues at low revs, the CPS must be working too. I have a spare so it'd be dumb not to try it.<br /><br />Going to have a proper look at those wires this weekend as well, because I'd hat to pull it apart ...

Interesting. I was just fidling about with some wiring under the ecu tray and the ignition died before comming back on and priming the fuel pump. Bit more fiddling, and the same thing. I haven't done a full investigation as it's a bit tricky to get under the front end, but I'll have anot...
