You are wrong about the relay.When they act up they do so exactly as you are describing.Try removing it.

If thats the case then just replace the relay with new since they are a known weak point and will cause the exact symptoms you describe.

Also check the power relay.I am not sure if on bike it can be removed.I think it depends on your harness version.

You are lean on the pump gas.To make that change just richen the flowrate.You will see that doing so will move your entire AFR richer.You have a nice flat AFR so the hard part is done now you just need to move it to rich side to find where peak power is.Dont try hitting a mark go big(rich) with the ...
