A while back I bought an extra 1000 ECU to replace my ECU that got damaged when I shorted the fuel pump. My ECU still ran great it just had the fuel pump hot wired to run constant with a quick disconnect. Two days ago I fired it up and it ran just like normal for a couple minutes. Today I changed ou...

Well it looks like the crank bearing is toast. We got it to start back up and there is a squeaking sound coming from the motor so apart it comes. When it would die before it didn't lock up it just lost all power and rolled to a stop so I think there still might be another problem but that can co...

Here is the low down my brothers 02 speed just sputtered and quit running at the dunes last weekend. It is super hard to start and will backfire some times. When we can get it to start it will run for about 2-4 seconds and then die. Any throttle and it dies right away. We spent the better part of th...

So no boost going to the regulator? If you keep an eye on the af and tune it will work fine but when you start cranking the boost on the alky you might need to go with higher pressure. The waste gate is a cool idea but are you planning on ditching it and playing with the pulleys to get the boost set...

Are you still running a stock ECU and injectors? Are you running the fuel pressure up with boost? A centifugal off a honda would be way too big. They run the same type of compressor wheel as a turbo and it would surge right away on such a small motor. I have been building turbo cars for years and wh...

I was out the this weekend. Two dales, my outlaw with my brother on it, and a bunch of other quads. We had a great time. I even had to pull the outlaw back to camp with my speed. I still had plenty of power to spare.

That sounds like a good deal but I just bought two almost new Kenda dune runners in a 22-11-9 size. They are molded straight paddles. They cost me $70 plus $30 shipping. I have not heard much about them anybody have any experience with them? I needed to stick with the 9" wheel because...

I just got back with the speed. Turns out it is an 02. It fires right up and runs smooth. First thing I saw was the lack of the motor mount update. Checked for cracks and it looks good. I was not expecting it to be so quiet! My 02 with the HMF is very loud and if I hold my hand behind the exhaus...

I don't want to spend the money on bead locks. I am going to buy a set of take off 9" wheels for the outlaw and mount the paddles on them. This outlaw is my GFs ride and she won't be doing much sliding. I will put some rides on it when I have my dale down for updates too. My friend has ...
