I'm now not sure I've solved this. I swapped my quads round in the garage and while moving this the problem was back. Nowhere near as bad but still there. I'm guessing that it being a bit cold would make some difference?

Guess it's time to start looking for other issues?

Real shame if that is the case. It would be nice to be able to have an engine as an alternative to homebrew KTM 640's....

I don't think they own any of the design. That was sold to Adly or Dinli or some such firm from overseas that make reasonable road quads over here, though nothing that would stand a chance in a race or off road.<br /><br />They do have whatever was left (or at least that's my understanding) ...

Nope. Stuck with the Denso. Seems to have stopped fouling as much as it used to as well.
