I am a bit ahead of myself on engine parts right now since everything I have has held together for the last couple of years.
Went on a core parts buying binge on ebay a while back and sent them all to timbo and he gave them everything they needed all set up and ready to go.
So I could pro...

Those values do not look too far off you could probably back the offset down to 1.1 or 1.15 but the next thing I would do is take apart the fuel regulator and clean and lube it. Maybe it is sticking and you have too much or too little fuel pressure. There is just a snap ring to get it apart and it i...

There are a couple places it can be getting there but it boils down to not really being a big issue as long as there is not even just a lit...

Shine a flashlight down there and make sure you see a fog coming out of both injectors while cranking.
If not make sure your injectors are both securely plugged in. Sometimes they just stick or fail too.
Sometimes the coil can act up too if you have another try it.

Do you know what your flow rate, offset and tps percentage is for each bike?
I would bet that the one that starts better has a higher number offset and possibly a lower flow rate number and a higher throttle position percentage and it seems to me that you are lean at idle.
That said I woul...
