pic of the TB doesn't show the outer cable to see if the end is seated but more than likely the cable got pulled out of the adjuster at the thumb throttle end. my guess anyway

went back and read your first post here and you did say you had the recal done. I am taking it that you done this after the problem started? He would have had to back the idle screw all the way out to do the recal, so, maybe it didn't get returned and even if it didit might have been off before ...

I have/had a throtle body that was in a box of extra parts that came with a quad I bought. I'm not sure what was wrong with it because I didn't need it at that time. but with the butterfly fully closed and the idle screw fully tight they did not make contact. Not sure if there is supposed to...

Are they a set that just didn't get the headlight section cut out?
