I found out what the problem was... One of the those tapered bolts that hold the timing chain guide on came out and was grinding on the last oil pump gear ...I guess i need to clean/tear out my tranny..I guess should of used red paste stick....

I rebuilt my engine early spring I have changed the oil about 4 times so far, This time I went to change it there was shavings in the tranny oil...my magnet caught most and there was some what seemed to be alum shavings in the filter.
