By your videos, looks like you already have the larger shrouds? Are you sure you don't already have the larger radiator?

No oil flow. Take off your clutch cover and inspect your oil pump gears. The plastic teeth strip out sometimes.

If you go with the wider 2003 radiator, the 2013 motorcycle plastic shrouds are larger and the black plastic radiator guard has the locating tabs further apart. Shavings are not good. Do you have the z400 bearing in the crank?

Thanks for sharing. That is on my list of things to do. Others are put the coolant inlet and outlet on opposite sides of the radiator & build a factory looking overflow tank.

It is very important that you set your rear SAG to get the bike to turn correctly. For some reason the Cannondale is very sensitive to the rear sag being set correctly.

In the early days, we were putting 22mm offset triple clamps for single track riding. If you can find some 22mm offset early Honda crf450 triple clamps, they fit with a few simple mods. Steering locks need to be trimmed. Simple to do.
