I made one for mine. It was more work than expected but I don't worry about smashing the sides of the radiator. I have some more pictures I could send you if it helps.

Try Dave for the E440 decals. I know he used to have them.

Looking for a complete map select setup for my E440. Let me know if you have one you would sell.

I could make a quad version work too (I'd have to make a new cable) so if you have one those let me know.

The Berg is a nice bike and lighter by about 20 lb with more low end power. The EFI tuning ability is much better on the Cannondale though and the injectors used on the Berg (and KTMs) clog easily and require lots of care.
My E440 has been bulletproof for years.

Found a dual sport with more ccs. Picked up a Husaberg FE 570 today. Will still ride the CDale though and trying to get one for my son.
