OK its been 11 years since these were first installed. Zero wear and just a very slight amount of deformation from where the bushing was not supported by the inner hole in the swingarm. I will stop at my local machine shop and get and estimate for a run of these. I might change the design to get rid...

If there is oil in the coolant it will churn it into a butter substance that will float to the top and leave a scum layer in the top of the tank. Now it is also possible that they were using evans waterless coolant which does not mix well with regular green coolant and will float to the top as well ...

Have you talked to Tim about the porting and what version it is? I find it very odd he would port a head for a 478 and not insist it be using higher flow rate injectors? Stockers are very difficult to tune above 50 hp. so if you have not burned the piston down Id say something is holding the engine ...

SO he sent the axle back and ordered one from our local shop . Dang thing was exactly the same unfinished POS so that one is going back as well. KUMA do you still have that axle?

Yes its the little screws that can be pesky . Early one a big deal was made about crank and cartridge plate screw securment but many times its the little ones that fall out. When doing updates it not complete unless every screw is done . Kinda nice when its an engine pull for something minor though ...
