We tested the "Can't run without the relay in hot weather" theory last trip to Sand Mt. It was 80 degrees, and my friend ran his Dale hard all weekend without the relay. We were using my Traxxas Laser Temp Probe on the ignition after the rides, and the switch never showed any different...

Shoot, the relay! I forgot to tell you about that worthless piece of junk Dave. Yank it, then try it.<br /><br />Compression was fine, it broke in and dyno'd great. All valves are to spec.... We used his throttle body for the dyno, plus his exhaust. We did NOT use his fuel pressure regulator...
