I'm not real experienced with the internals of a motor. Is there something wrong with these pictures?

I would make as many as possible the same at the same time if you can. And about your email, sounds pretty stupid. The only way that makes sense is if they don't care about what is in your email, or that you can only access it when you're on your work network.

Why not make all the passwords the same at the same time do you only have 1? I'm going to assume that some of them aren't your personal account but at least you can minimize the number of passwords you have. 14 is ridiculous.

That used to be my day every day but I'm acting on behalf of people like you so you don't have to. The division I worked for hired their own IT person so I could tell IT what needed to be done. LOL.

I had been looking for a nylock nut in the same size and it was almost impossible to find unless I wanted to buy in bulk. It seems like I was able to source a standard nut, but I'm really not sure if it was zinc plated or grade 8 for that matter, but they were out there.
