I agree with the frame theory too. Granted I have elkas/gt thunder suspension on the Honda. The cdale always felt tippy to me.

They are selling motors for any application. I believe they will build a quad if you order one.

Do any of you builders leave markings or engravings on the outside of the engine after you have done work to it? Just curious.

Just curious but did you change out the transmission oil since you picked it up? Was it filled to the correct level? I'm sure you did...it's in my IT nature to start with the easy stuff first.

Yeah don't worry about that. Like Scooter and I said, it's just the "choke mode."

I don't believe it would be so lean it would hurt anything. As it gets colder it's going to be harder to start. I thought someone in your neck of the woods had a the dealer cal. Hopefully someone can chime in.

I'm pretty sure they were checked but I may not have been present on the last time. It may be a bit lean on startup and the ecu will be in "choke" mode for the first couple of minutes until the bike is warm. You're probably hearing it toggling the "choke" on and off. This...
