Thanks guys. I'd love to keep going on this but I just don't have the time or patience anymore. Hopefully someone on here can snag it up and get the bugs worked out. I'm losing a lot of money, but the motor is worth more than I'm asking.

I drained the tank and ran vp c12 this time as C27 suggested. The sound is more like a grinding. At first I thought the chain was rubbing on the frame. But it wasn't.

It runs like a raped ape. No power loss at all.
