Those Walsh kits are very nice. How many brackets do you have holding the front plastic on? I wish my kit had those nipples on the subby to mount the rear of the front plastic to.

OH, did you have any header clearance issues with your 03 header? Mine is hitting my subframe where the 2 pipes go into 1.

I would really like those 250R conversions if the tank held at least 4 gallons of gas.

They do LOOK great, But not enough function for me.

I don't think that the stock gas tank holds 4 gallons... why would you need 4 gallons?? I could go out most of the day and still have a half a tank.

That is a sweeeeet looking ride you've built there!! I really like seeing the C'dale and Moto stickers on it, too. Keeps it real!!

And no wonder you were short on funds for racing last weekend, you've burnt it all in the quad!! Good Job!!

Looks like the keyplate is really close to the gas tank. And you need one of the 90????????? fittings for the fuel tank return line. Not much else to pick on!

I think that the tank holds 1.5 gallons of fuel. I had a 90 on the return line but the hood likes to hang up on it going on and off, so I put a straight one on and the problem was solved. I'll post the pic of the hood with the fuel line behind it and you will understand. Thanks again for all the compliments guys.:usa

Can a bigger tank be fabbed up or does the seat take up too much room? Can the ecu tray be sealed?

The tank could be made a little bigger in a few areas if need be. My ecu tray seals pretty decently for being all stock. Farrar made an aluminum tray for his, so you may want to ask him about his set-up.:usa
