Cannondaleriders

I talked to quadtech today and asked if their hood came in any color other than black. The answer was it could be any color I wanted as long as I painted it. It only comes in black from them.

I have black plastic. Has anybody seen this hood on black plastic??? Do the colors match or clash???

Pictures or comments greatly appreciated..

Hey what do you have to do to add that hood? what needs to be cut?:confused:

You have to cut about an inch off the front plastic where the filter is under.

Are you sure I have heard that you have to cut part of the air box? Anybody else know ?

I LOVE THAT QUAD!....If I got a hood scoop what would look good with silver and red?? black?? tp break it up!...I want a silver hood but I dunno how to make it that color how do you paint these hoods???

I think quad source has them for 189 if I remember correctly.
