450R plastic on 250r Kit?

Has anyone tried to fit the 450r plastics on a walsh kit? The plastics are FAR cheaper and more readily available than the 250R plastics. Just a thought. Anyone?

The problem you'll have, is that the 450R plastic isn't the same shape as 250R plastic.

It mounts to the front of the gas tank, at multiple points. So the gas tank is part of the "look" i guess

Your best bet would be to go after mounting the new 400EX plastic, because it has the 450R styling, but mounts more like 250R plastic.
