I got to thinking the other day(got a headache too). The 04 plastic that was made is pretty nice.

To make the plastic, wouldn't there have had to be molds made? If so. do they still exist?

I know that making of the molds is a huge part of the cost of the injection process but if they already exist then can't they be utilized?

Its alright, I will stick with stock 02 style. I don't have a filter up front anyway..... Ya, this would be way expensive. Last year Brad was thinking about undertaking a plastic order. Big money.....

I think this is a great idea, we'll just have to figure out where those molds are... How did u find info on the 04 cannondale anyway?

That plastic was hand made without molds. I would prefer the prefx400 plastic myself.

Would it be possiable to get some 2004 plastic and make a mold using it?

if you have the money you can make anything
