450r plastics on 400ex

i have a 01 400ex i want to put 450r plastic on it, anyone done this or tried and failed?

Man you have had a lot of these posts lately. I don't mean to be rude or steer you away from the site but you do know that this is a Cannondale enthusiast site right? We have other quads and may be able to help you with some of the questions but you will have a lot better results if you follow UpsMan's suggestion. It's just that most of these questions are completely off the wall. I mean 400ex now have the 450r styling. Why not just get some 2008 400ex plastic?
