I need new foam and a seat cover, so I'm going to try out the 400ex set-up. Where is a good place to get seat foam?

Quadtech is the best. Big $ though.

I believe both have some foam sewed right into the cover.Helps to get rid of that knife edge at bottom side of our seats.Another thing that helps is putting two covers on.One right on top of the other.

Here is some more.I had a Ceet foam and cover for Banshee.Seemed firmer kind of like the FX400 seat foam.

Couple 400ex covers they offer.Flag might look nice on yours.

I have one seat here that is different then the others. It is lower at the end and the foam is much harder. It is from a '03 model Cannibal.

I now put a moto seat cover over it and will test it. All the other seats get tears in the foam and after that the covers tears.

Yes the foam disintegrates on the sides and you can see pieces of it under the cover making little bumps. Maybe I should do something before my nice Moto seat is totally ruined. Keep us informed sloot. I did that way back and it worked well. little firmer but at least it didn't feel like a knife you know where when hanging off seat!
