My way to prevent number plate rubbing

I mount it in such a way that the number plate does not touch the bumper. It will touch it sometimes, after a jump IE. But it will not eat the bumper away now.

so what did you do mount it a little higher on the plastic so it doesnt touch the bumper?

I used a M6 bolt and self locking nut, not the stock mounts. And after mounting it I just bend it up and it stays like that.
