FX400 frames and Moto/blaze nerfs

hey guys the Frame on the FX400.. is the area where the nerf bars "would" go... solid? or could it be drilled through??

In Washington you HAVE to title your off road vehicles, and do have a moto frame.. with an MSO.. don't want to really give up that nifty peice of paper..in addition to it being a pain in the butt in this state to title anything unless it has a WA title

Yes and MSO is kept by owner when registering here in WI they just have to see it. If Mi is different we could register it here first. I hear you on that MSO. I have one for my Blaze and its among my most valued papers.
