What plastic compound is our plastics made from?

I was just wondering if anybody knew the type of plastic used to create out plastics

it is made of the same plastic used for making underground sprinkler pipe, turff pipe, gas pipe etc...... not pvc, sorry cant think of the exact name of it at the moment

polly ethylene i believe

I???d say polyethylene or polypropylene. They should have a PP or PE labeled on there somewhere, but sometimes the US regulations aren???t followed. Injection molded also.
