It would be cool to have them as big dia as possible, so I don't have to use washers on the stock size to keep old plastic they wore through going a little longer.

Dirty Tony says the shop will do them at around 25 cents for metal and $1.75 each to cut but the price is negotable with volume.
Im thinkin look for a stepped bolt like what honda uses and be done with it.

I can get more sets done if needed. I guess I just need a good count and can get more made up. Way cheaper than the $2 a piece, way way cheaper. John, can you link me a pic of the stepped bolt you are talking about?

How about these?Interest?Will have these at group ride.Not cheap though.Probably about $3-5 each with grommets.

The tophats that are on the clutch springs can also be used on plastic as they are almost identical to the short ones.
