Been looking a the Rocky Mountain's metal heel guard selection. Was hoping to get something close and have a friend weld/fab. to fit. Has anyone done any research on this? Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, KTM, ect..... any close to the fit of the plastic guards Cannondale designed or just order and start fresh? Thanks.

The only aftermarket heel guards I have seen have been attached to nerf bars...

OK. I think all I've seen lately is the ACs with the guards attached. I'll do a little more research and see if there's anything close. Otherwise I get Neal from CFM Performance to give me a hand with al. welding & fab.

I have tried heel guards off a Z-400 and a Banshee, you can rule both of them out,not even close.

I have some AC's with the full aluminum heel guards all in good shape I would probably be willing to part with.
