Just an FYI, a Polaris Predator gas cap fits our tanks perfect, I've got a Tusk cap on my Pred, and just a trial, fit PERFECT!!! I'm ordering a polished cap for the Dale.

I have a billet Tusk for RM,KX,etc and it does not fit well. I went back to a stock plastic one with a boomer positive stop seal.

Just verified the predator 500 cap works great. Now to find a little bigger one.

The Tusk cap is bigger than the Alba cap.

I also bought a Tusk gas cap for a predator 500 and put on a dale gas tank. Works great. at first it seems loose but tightens down just like the stock ones. To bad black and red are the only colors i found thru Rocky mtn atv for the pred.500.
