Hi

So I fianlly broke down and bought a new seat cover for my Dale. I am using a fuel Fab 400ex kit and the seat plastic on the 400ex seat it so tough it just bends the staples. I even went out and bought an adjustable electric staple gun still no luck. Any suggestions?

Thanks

God bless...
Mark

Ps. I need to get this done before Jan 19th cause there is a quad ride indoors in New Richmond WI that day!

I recently had a new seatcover put on one of my quads and they used stainless steel staples. Hopefully that will work for you. Good luck.

I would get an air-operated 3/8 crown stapler... aka an Uphostery Stapler, like most any shop would probably use.
Most common is 22 gauge, but 20-gauge is avail for the toughest jobs. Unicatch is a great brand, and avail in a long-reach nose also.
