New front Plastic

Does anybody know the price for a new front plastic for the cannibal LE? Does it come with the sticker kit or does that have to be ordered seperate?

I got a new front plastic and sticker kit for my le. The gas cap leak tarnished my plastic and stickers. Called cannondale they took care of it, also new gas cap.They said they didnt have anymore le sticker left and sent regular stickers, but they did find some le stickers and sent them. All under warranty.
