haydug 250r conversion

here are a few pics of the haydug cycles 250r conversion, the sub frame in these pics doesnt have the "tabs and brackets" on it as the other completed one is on a bike over an hr drive away,
these kits will fit with the STOCK SHOCK, some other kits(subframe) hit the rezzie on the rear shick and require remote rezzie rear shocks, the filler neck takes a 400 ex cap, also, the rear of the tank, as you can see bolts to the same location as the subframe and does not rest on the rear shock mount, the tank hold approx 1.75 gal.
sorry about the glare in some of these pics

Coming along pretty good it seems. Too bad you don't have full time welder at your disposal. Whats with those old 250r graffix on that plastic?

Anyone got any new pics or info on when the final kit will be ready to go? How are the stock fuel hoses routed into the new tank? Will the subframe be a "flip top" version? Someone let me know.

the tank uses your original fuel fittings, and what do you mean by "flip top" ?

I was wondering if your rear seat/fenders would just flip up like some of the Laeger style subframes do. that way to access the rear shock, you don't have to completely remove the rear fenders.
