I have a 2003 speed I bought it on January, in My country the dealers do not know much about the atv. What needs to be inspected pefore I start racing on it.

There are a number of issues.
Check for stud update... See threads in Mechanical forum for details beyond the scope of this reply.
Change oil and tranny oil and filters a lot...
Make sure that the very top of your engine is black... All the way up under the gas tank. The valve cover so to speak.
Make certain that you have the revised motor mount kit on the front of the engine. Engine has two ears and the frame has two ears. If you have two short bolts then you need to do the update which changes these two bolts into one long one with a bushing in between the Engine omunt ears.
Make sure that the battery is not rubbing on the front engine mounts. If it is... Shim up the rear of the battery tray with two washers.
Go to the motorsports page of Cannondale website and download all downloadable material. It will cover all of this in great detail.
