How is that vacuum hose connected on the inside of the ecu? is it possible to replace the hose without disassembly?

just pull on it and it will come off. It's not connected internally.

If it seems kind of stuck, give it a good twist to break it loose, then pull and twist back and forth as you pull. Works great on all hose connections- vent, coolant, oil, gas, etc.
