Has anyone ever tried this battery in their dale. My yuasa just craped out and was thinking about trying one, just wondered if any one had an opinion on them. It has 310 cranking amps and 120 cold cranking amps a 2 year warrenty. Anything is helpful just tired of fooling with yuasa.

Yes! Cdsracer and I just sent 5 or 6 of them back to the company for a warranty repair. We purchased them online from their authorized vendor, and it turns out we got old stock. The old stock that we had did not have the internal epoxy update, therefore the batteries shook themselves to death... I would say to try and order one directly from Odyssey. I must say they crank out a LOT of amps, and last a LONG time while cranking. They are also tiny and lightweight. I hope this batch works so I can stick with them....

While some run the bigger ones, I see no need. If you compare numbers they are basically the same as around a 12 or 14, in a 9 size. With the 310 there is no need for extra mounting, or extra headache when installing or removing... Your choice...

Yup,

I went with the one I did as I didn't know about the smaller option at first. But the bigger one works as well.
