Did you read the posts above? You may have a air/fuel issue which would probably be the reason it's not starting now.........

A spun flywheel or improbable a injector wire has come off or been disconnected. It will fire for a second and and maybe idle but die when throttle is applied.

He said he was riding it.That wont happen on one injector.Sounded like only issue was it was glowing red.My bet is decomp broke and was letting raw gas into exhaust from valve being opened by the freely rotating barrel.

try puttin a new battery in it first because if the battery is not good then it can make it run lean because the ecu is not staying on the entire time

I have had this happen to me a couple of times because a cheap batteries, if you having to use a battery charger to start the quad then the battrey is no good and it will not start or run on just a battery charger

Good one.Yes that could be.Maybe even pressure regulator.
