Countershaft nut

we lost a couple and found half of one once. My guess is, we over tighten and the nut cracked.

Same here! Except mine cracked right then and there. No need to torque these too tight, use the lock washer to do the work. I am going to have to try out one of Boomer's set-ups though just to see how it works.

I think I'll get a set of each and carry the stocker and a wrench in my pack.
then again if I lose enough of them, soon I'll be able to just pick them out of the sand. wink.gif
