i just bought two new NGK's from NAPA at $7 a piece and i didn't even get 30 mins of run time and the one fouled out.
i was wondering if anyone was running something other than a NGK plug. i always have trouble with NGK's but NAPA didn't have anything that would interchange.
any suggestions would be helpful.

i am running a cr9ek plug in my 02 cannibal

I would say the spark plug isn't your problem. If properly tuned you should hardly ever foul a plug.

we run a special plug like that only a handful of others use, and if you try to use anything else you will have more trouble, sounds like to me you need a recal and some adjustments never fouled a plug unless i was way to fat on fuel

Use a cr8ek. I have never fouled a plug ever. I usually change them once a year for fun.

I use these:

NGK CR8EIX IRIDIUM

btw, the KTM RFS engines also use the same sparkplug we have. I'm talking about the single camshaft engines with chain on the left side.

My Phazer snowmobile also uses same plug as us.8300mi on same set of plugs and never fouled one.I looked at them last year. Not going to bother this year.Tune is the key and knowing proper start procedure.
