Tanks is leaking out the rear fitting, very rapidly, is there a seal or something that needs to get replaced or do I just replace the fitting?

It's probably one of the o-rings.

Like Jess said, if it's a rear q-con, you're problem is the o-ring on the male quick-connect. Assuming you've still got the quick connects. They get chewed up over time. Very easy to fix, though.Guys have sourced the viton's for a better replacement.

I'd bet one of the vendors could drop some in an envelope for you and get away with a stamp on it.

You're right. I have recevied some o-rings from Doug before with just the cost of a stamp.
