how often do you guys change your oil?

after every race/practice session..practice on wednesday race on sat/ rideing on the weekend same thing

so around 5-9 hours

im a lil picky and my oil is never dirty im sure u can run it to about 10-15 hours

yeah i was talking to my friend jim that i race with (AlaskaSpeed) about his cannondale which im probably buying and he said he changes his after every or everyother race..
