So I did my first race with my 2002 E440, recently rebuilt by Brad at Black Widow ATV. So I dumped bike on a big downhill section and couldn't get it running again.
I had to finally calm down and let it sit and cool down for about 10 min before I could get it running again. That is painful in a race. Any hints of what to do for a hot start?
I know the biggest help don't crash...

..usually a lean condition. Try bumping up the injector offset by 0.15 or 0.20 to see if any hot-start improvement.
Or maybe the idle is set too low, or the fuel system is still strangled.

I will bump the injector offset. Don't think there is a problem with delivery. Once I got it running, it ran fine.

I raced this weekend, bike ran great. Started without any issues so bumping the offset did the trick. Thanks Dave!

Sorry for the late response. I just saw your comment, last race I got 4th for the C Vets (30 year olds), but mid to bottom of the pack overall C riders. Currently in 9th for points in C Vets, but the bike died and motor is off with kdeal so I won't race the last one of the season. I'm sure I will get knocked out of top 10.

Too bad you had engine problems. I just love seeing Cdale in a results page.
Great Job!!

Swap your coil out with a known good one. Ive had a similar problem one a quad. It started fine when cold but once hot it was a bear to start but once running it was fine.
