My lower roller was slightly worn and the chain has been hitting the frame crossmember. Maybe this is more a symptom of a worn chain, as i definitely need a new one with sprockets! The top roller had no wear, so I just swapped the two. The clearance on the lower is too small to add a bigger roller i think.
New owners do keep an eye on your swingarm chain buffer, especially if your dale is an early one with the softer plastic.
One side of my swingarm bearings were shot and wearing into the bore. Guess all those rivers and creeks we've played in got to it! What a sweet design though, compared to yamaha anyway. The swingarm bearing and seal kit did not include the small 5/8 long bushings but did have 4 extra plate washers. lol.
