Did you put the battery on a charger before you installed it? If so, what size charger? If it was a large automotive type charger, and the setting was at like 40 to 200 amps, you cooked the battery. If not try putting it on a trickle charger overnight (.50 to 2 amp max). The best chargers are ones that will stop charging the battery when it reaches full charge and will maintain the charge when hooked up continously.

shut the quad down, turn everything off around it, and make sure the key is out. put your ear near the fuel pump, and look at the filter...is it slowly running??

Hey danger... if that were to happen would the negative switched ground from ECU/fuelpump be loose?.. or a bad main relay? ... would like to learn what you are hinting at?, tks.

ECU fuel pump driver has gone bad, possibly.

charged the battery last night and it started fine, today ???
