..Im not sure how restrictive it is,RS on it stands for Race Seares...it is a stright threw "glass pack" just like the other pipes. This one is my 2nd one,frist one got hit by the clap,so they sent me a new one"the one in the pic" and i never put it on. What i did with my dented one was cut it in half,i think i cut off 8in and spaced it out more so itd clear..
