Ripping up the trail! At this point I was in 3rd place right behind the 2nd place guy. The 2 guys that were in front of me knew these trails well as they were blazing the first lap cause they knew what was coming.

Dirt down one of the straight aways! What was interesting besides the rocks was the wide open sections that were included in this race. For those with guts you could really open it up. Just be careful there were random boulders all over the place.

On a side note: After the start I passed the 250r and spent a good portion of the first lap up the honda's rear. About 3/4's of the way through the lap we both got passed by a guy on a Raptor and Stephanie Verkade womens GNCC #4 I think. Steph not even a mile after passing me bent a tie rod and ended her day. The Raptor pulled on me the first lap, but I maintained the distance the rest of the race. If it weren't for several stupid miscue's during the race I might have been battling with him for the overall!

Here is one of the more friendlier rocks on the trail. This was due to it not being on the trail! This was small compared to some of the bolders we encountered out there!

Me in the woods again. Just before the end of the first lap I passed the guy on the 400ex on a nice move just before the scoring barrel. I would relinquish my place to him later in the woods after I got hung up on a tree! Man was i ticked cause when I got stuck I was soooo far ahead of him. Oh well just had to pass him again!

This mud bog was pretty cool. My Holeshot HD's worked like a champ as I hummed right through the mess without a hiccup. I have this on video!
